All custom projects are final sale and non-refundable.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you aren’t happy with you item, please contact us and we will work together to resolve the issue.

Ready To Ship

Unless otherwise noted, all unworn, ready to ship rings are eligible for return. 

Returns are only accepted with written notification from you within 48 hours of delivery. Jewelry must be returned using a shipping label provided by SHJ and returned within 1 week. There will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from all refunds. 

We reserve the right to reject an exchange if we believe that it is not in new condition.
